Set up in 1994 with the opening of its first children’s home, and still owned by its original founder, Barry Sampson, Hillcrest now operates a national network of residential homes, specialist schools and fostercare services for looked after children, homes and community support services for adults with learning disabilities and children’s day schools, residential accommodation and colleges for young adults with an Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC).
Today, Hillcrest is one of the largest and longest established independent providers of specialist care and education in the country and through re-investment has more than doubled its size and range of services in the last four years.
Hillcrest has an excellent track record of recruiting and training quality staff and are Investors in People accredited.
Hillcrest provide social care and specialist education services for over 100 valued Local Authorities and are listed on a number of preferred provider lists.
