The Old Vicarage is a residential home for adults (aged 18-65) with an autistic spectrum condition, offering 24 hour support from specially trained staff.
Residential Care
The eight bedroomed residential home is located in a quiet residential road. The large Victorian detached house, with its large garden is located in a leafy road ten minutes walk from Uxbridge town centre, close to local amenities and public transport routes.
The Old Vicarage offers placements that provide opportunities for people who have ASC to gain life skills. People can be self supporting in a safe environment that can manage risk effectively.
We will work with individuals on targeted programmes around move on including supporting effective transition.
Stepping Stone to Independence
The Old Vicarage is uniquely placed to offer step down or rehabilitative services to enable people with ASC to fulfil their potential as valued members of society.
We have a history of supporting people with ASC and additional high risk behaviours such as alcohol abuse, mental health and offending behaviours. We have a good record of providing outcome focused solutions that enable people to move into supported community placements.
Support in the Home
The Old Vicarage has a well established, friendly and professional staff team. They are trained in accordance with legislative implementation and maintain a high quality delivery of service through the regulatory body of CQC (The Care Quality Commission), who inspect and review the service provision.
