A well established Independent Living Skills provision for adults with an Autistic Spectrum Condition or Aspergers Syndrome.
Using a person centred approach, we are able to meet the complex and specific needs of our students. Each individuals programme is designed to promote the students intellectual, psychological, moral, social, cultural, physical and creative competencies.
Sessions offered include: Budgeting, Social Practice, ICT, Vocational Skills, Emotional Literacy and Independence. More practical groups are a Lunch Enterprise Scheme and a student run Tuck Shop. Students also have the option of including some academic study in to their timetable.
Each of the colleges two sites are committed to enabling students opportunities to maximise their potential. For some students, this means combining social and independent skills with an academic element. For others vocational training may be the chosen option.
