We achieve our values through:
- Clear support system for carers and staff.
- Clear review system that looks at quality and practice.
- Clear points of communication and delegation.
- Independent help lines for carers, birth children and looked after children in placement.
- Support for carers and children by way of additional support from Link Workers and Family Support Workers.
- Employing the services of a number of Independent Psychologists including Clinical Psychology Associates (CPA).
- Support for carers and children who are having problems at school, through links with National Teaching and Advisory Service.
- All our panels are chaired by independent people.
