Hillcrest Fostercare was established as a child care provider in 1998 and over this time has built up a reputation with local authorities for high quality care, good value and an exceptionally low breakdown rate. Hillcrest offer carers in London, Surrey, Hampshire, Essex, Kent West Sussex, East Sussex and Berkshire.
Hillcrest Fostercare was the first independent fostering agency to be inspected and approved under the Pan London Agreement in February 2000 and since 2002 regulations, Hillcrest Fostercare has consistently received favourable and improving inspection reports.
