Care fees

Care fees are individually costed to meet the assessed needs of the person. Fees will include:

• Staffing at an agreed ratio and for agreed periods
• Sleep in cover where applicable
• Waking night support where applicable
• Qualified management and support staff
• Training for all staff
• Maintaining accommodation where necessary on agreed tenancies
• Assistance with accessing relevant benefits/services

Referrals

A planned admission to a home is preferred so as to ensure care plans and therapeutic input is exactly matched to the child’s requirements. However we also recognise that children can be in crisis and we can accept emergency referrals in certain circumstances.

Referrals can be made via our 24hr referral line on: 08458 727477 or by directly contacting the home of your choice. All contact details for homes can be found on their individual pages.
