Night Residential Care Worker - Oaklands College - Permanent Full Time (Kings Bromley)

Salary: £14,692 - £16,835 Per annum

Hillcrest - Oaklands College is a residential college for girls, aged 14-19, with emotional and behavioural difficulties based in Kings Bromley, Staffordshire.

Oaklands College provides a nurturing environment to all young people, enabling them to develop and achieve both socially and academically, while promoting independent skills which in turn promotes self esteem and prepares young people for independent living and the world of work when leaving care.

This role is to look after girls with emotional and behavioural difficulties, aged 12-16, during the night period supporting their emotional well being and ensuring they are safe.  Shifts are 10 hours, 9.30pm to 7.30am, weekdays and weekends and there is a need to remain awake for the whole shift period.  Ideally you will have previous experience of working with young people or have experience of parenting.
