Recruitment

Our specialist care and education services are situated at various locations across England and Wales.

For some positions, having previous experience is not a requirement as we are looking for people with the right attitude who are motivated to work in social care and/or education.

If you can make a commitment, are dependable, have enthusiasm, have patience and understanding, are supportive and empowering and can use your life skills and experience to benefit the people we support, you have the qualities needed.

Most importantly, you need a desire to work with your chosen client group.

We require a commitment from our employees to work towards gaining a range of skills and knowledge through training opportunities which are essential in delivering high standards of care and education services.

We strongly believe that training is an important element in delivering quality care and an ongoing commitment by our employees to continuous development is essential.
