Residential Care

Hillcrest's residential homes are based in West Sussex and offer support to adults with a learning disability, challenging behaviour, a physical disability, sensory impairment or specific health needs. Our homes seek to provide long term care and support whilst promoting maximum independence.

Accommodation

Our homes offer a friendly, homely environment where individuals are actively encouraged to be involved in the day to day running of their lives. Each of our properties are well located for easy access to shops, local amenities and the beach.

We maintain each home to a high standard and encourage residents to express a choice regarding the decor and furnishings.

Our homes are registered with the Care Quality Commission and rated as 'Good', our aim is to exceed the minimum standards providing high quality care and support to our residents.

Care Plan

Support is provided to an agreed care plan which is based on a person centred assessment of each individuals' needs.

Staff

All staff receive comprehensive training to meet the needs of our clients. Staff are supervised by an on site registered service manager.

Community

We actively promote each persons participation in the local community by supporting access to leisure and sports facilities.
